Gateway Kids is the children’s ministry of Gateway; ministering to children from birth to sixth grade. Our goal is to teach Jesus to your children through Bible Study, using games, videos, crafts, and just fun!
We hope to get them excited about Our God!
Each week we have Sunday School, Children’s Church, and TeamKID (midweek).
Through the year we will have Sunday Fun-days, which are family activities outside of the church walls.
We also attend various activities throughout the year hosted by the Louisiana Baptists.

Explore the Bible: Kids pulls truth from the text. This book-by-book Bible study for groups of all ages takes Kids on a journey into Scripture where they’ll see the Bible in a way that will make them want to dig deep—building a foundation for life transformation. In Summer 2019, kids will study the Books of Deuteronomy, Job, Ecclesiastes, Mark, Isaiah, and Micah. Old Testament studies in Deuteronomy, Job, and Ecclesiastes will remind kids that God is always in control and God wants us to love Him more than anything or anybody. God is more important than the things we accumulate. The Book of Mark highlights Jesus’ teachings about the kingdom of God and will help kids remember that God is with us and will answer us when we call. Prophecies in Isaiah and Micah about the Messiah will help kids see how God planned for Jesus many years before Jesus lived on the earth. God promised to send Jesus and God always keeps His promises.
